Who we are

What data we collect and why
When you complete the accessibility scorecard or signup to our newsletter We collect your first name and email address. We use this to send you your scorecard results by email and to add you to our mailing list. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given when you submit the form.
When you contact us If you get in touch via our contact form or by email, we collect your name, email address and any information you include in your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
When you visit our website We collect anonymised data about how people use our website — pages visited, time spent, and how you arrived at the site. This is handled via Google Analytics. We do not use this data to identify you personally. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given via our cookie notice.
